3) Personal Statement Download

You will be required to submit a 250-500 personal statement describing your academic aspiration and your personal interests. 

4) ARIP Certificate of Recommendation Download.Teacher/Counselor/Principal or Professor

5) An official copy of high school transcript. (For international students, please submit copy of English Transcript.)

* Email is the primary form of communication through the application and admission process. Please ensure that both students and one of parents or guardian are entered correctly on the application.

Refund Policy

- Application Fee ($60.00) is non-refundable.

- The enrollment deposit may be refundable by submitting withdrawal request as follows;

- Any default of on-time payment result may cause the program admissions with no refund. 

- After 14 days, a student who withdraws due to an illness that requires hospitalization or due to the health of student will receive a prorated refund of up to 50 percent of program fees paid. If a student withdraws for any other reason, or if you are dismissed from the program, no monies will be refunded. For all refund inquiries, please contact AGM Institute contact@agminstitute.org 

- The refund request must be received in the written format signed by the client. Any verbal withdrawal request won't be honored or accepted. The refund procedure may take up to 30 days from the receipt date of the client's written request and our complete service materials that the client received.  The client agrees that nothing will be processed for the above refund request unless these requirements are met.  In case of any client who already received the refund and wants our service to be reinstated again in the future, the client shall pay 150% of the new contract service fee at the time of the reinstatement date which may be the increased price and the purpose of this program is to prevent any intentional abuse of the service.
